With over a decade of goaltending experience at the highest level—including 4 years of JR.A in the Ontario Junior Hockey League—I’ve had the opportunity to learn the game inside out.

My journey as a goaltender has been shaped by a deep understanding of the position, both on the ice and in the gym. While playing, I began training younger goalies and quickly developed a passion for coaching. That hands-on experience—combined with many years of dedicated strength and conditioning work—has allowed me to build a training approach that’s both technical and practical.
